winter season notes:
*the grill and picnic tables are stored in the shed for late fall and winter months
*the bottom section of the stairs near the water are removed for the winter months to prevent ice damage- typically november 30th thru may 15th This may vary by a few days depending on occupancy.
feel free to use the wood in the woodshed (for on-site use only)
for winter only: the snow removal service may show up unannounced and as needed to plow the driveway and shovel the porch

100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival

-the number of guests must match the reservation This can be changed up until the day of check-in.

-the hot tub cover must stay closed and secured with the strap when not in use
-pets are strictly prohibited—no exceptions This includes emotional support animals (Incurs a $500 fine).
-no smoking or vaping indoors Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors, but guests must clean up after themselves. Cannabis use is prohibited anywhere on the property.
-late check-outs without prior approval may result in a charge of $35 per hour, as cleaning schedules must be maintained for incoming guests
-atv's & snowmobiles: guests must not ride on neighboring private property and should go directly to and from the trails We value maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, and guests are expected to respect their property and privacy.
